You are solely responsible for your decisions. We provide data and analysis tools, not trading recommendations.
2. Subscription & Billing
You agree to pay all subscription fees associated with your account. Fees are:
- Charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Non-refundable once processed
- Subject to change with reasonable notice
Abuse of chargebacks may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
3. No Profit Guarantees
Market signals and analytics are not guaranteed to be accurate, and past results do not ensure future outcomes.
SentimentDNA is not responsible for financial outcomes, profits, or losses resulting from your use of the platform.
4. Data Accuracy & Availability
We may rely on third-party data sources. We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy of data or signals
- Completeness of analysis
- Availability or uptime
- Speed of data delivery
Temporary service interruptions may occur without notice.
5. User Conduct
You may not:
- Share or resell signals, data, or API access without permission
- Use the platform for illegal activities
- Interfere with the service or security systems
- Attempt to reverse-engineer our algorithms or models
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent rate limits
Violations can result in immediate account suspension without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, data models, visualizations, algorithms, and software belong to SentimentDNA. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use them solely for personal research and trading analysis.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SentimentDNA and its operators, directors, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any:

- Damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from:
- Your trading activity and investment decisions
- Any breach of these Terms
- Misuse of the platform
- Violation of any third-party rights
9. Modifications

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, except where prohibited by law.
